Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Don’t worry – you’re covered by our 100% Money Back Guarantee! To qualify, bottles may only be lightly used (a test spray is acceptable), in their original condition, and in the original packaging. 

Please note that 5ml sample bottles, sale items and gift cards are excluded from this guarantee. To initiate the returns process email us at support@askparfum.co.uk. Be sure to include your order number and shipping address.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@askparfum.co.uk. Be sure to include your order number, shipping address, and a photo of the damage so we can assist you promptly. Unfortunately, we cannot consider claims without this information.

Please note that items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned together as a complete set to qualify for a refund. 

Free items received as part of a promotion are not eligible for refund or exchange. If your original order included a free item and you return part or all of the order—bringing it below the eligibility threshold—the free item must also be returned with the other items. If the free item is not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure that any free item being returned is unused.

For promotional offers such as ‘Buy X, Get X Free,’ all items included in the offer must be returned to receive a full refund. If you choose to keep part of the offer (for example, keeping one item and returning the other), your refund will be recalculated based on the original promotional price.

In the event you are returning items because you are not satisfied with your purchase, please ensure they are carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transit, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged upon return. Please note that return postage costs are not covered by us and return postage will not be reimbursed. We strongly recommend using a fully tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Once your return has been sent, please email proof of postage to support@askparfum.co.uk.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming that your item has been received. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will then be processed.  Your refund will be processed within 5 working days to the original payment method used at checkout.if the item was purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original buyer. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to confirm.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Reach out to your bank, since processing times can vary.
